As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with everyday banking needs in person and at our drive-up. You’ll handle transactions quickly and efficiently, troubleshoot online banking and debit card issues, and answer general banking inquiries. Along the way, you’ll gain valuable experience and access ongoing learning opportunities to stay updated on products and services. This role is vital in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to our commitment to providing a positive and efficient banking experience!
