The National Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients across the country. Rather than focusing solely on revenue targets, we seek a sales professional who prioritizes customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on consultative selling and enjoys helping businesses find tailored apparel and printing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Consultative Selling: Provide expert advice on apparel and printing solutions, ensuring customers receive the best options for their business.
  • Sales Growth through Service: Drive sales by adding value to the customer experience, not through aggressive sales tactics.
  • Account Management: Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring their orders and expectations are met or exceeded.
  • New Business Development: Identify and approach potential customers who would benefit from our products and services.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to provide insightful recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (production, design, and customer service) to ensure seamless execution of customer orders.
  • Travel: Visit key clients, attend trade shows, and represent the company at industry events as needed.
Requirements

 Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in apparel, printing, promotional products, or a related industry.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
