Your Role 

Schedule: 

• Monday – Friday  
• 8:00am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:00pm 
• In-person 
• Position is June - August 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Following the development cycle process and providing regular status updates; ensures assigned items are completed by the end of the cycle or another predefined due date. 
• Assisting in designing, developing, and testing software solutions for AI/ML projects.
• Implementing algorithms and optimizing machine learning models for various use cases.
• Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code 
• Debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving software issues under the guidance of the team lead.
• Analyzing datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify patterns. 
• Preparing, preprocessing, and cleaning data for use in machine learning models. 
• Assisting with implementing state-of-the-art machine learning frameworks and libraries. 
• Developing scripts for data visualization to present results effectively.
• Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and code reviews.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for all products and systems.
• Following established development and documentation best practices. 
• Working on additional projects and tasks to support the team lead. 

Salary: 

• This is a Paid Internship
• $20 - $23 per hour depending on experience

Education & Experience 

Minimum: 

• Coursework in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Structures, Algorithms, or Statistics. 
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML projects, such as building predictive models, LLM-based applications, chatbots etc. 
• Experience with Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain). 

Preferred:  

• Familiarity with Linux server development environments, Apache, MySQL, Python, PHP, and JavaScript is a bonus.
