Requirements


  • Take Inbound and Outbound calls  from new and existing customers
  • Consistently close warm sales  leads from prospects inquiring about our products and services 
  • Upsell additional products and  services when applicable
  • Develop a strong rapport with  prospects, using the training tools we provide.
  • Quickly identify customer needs  and make appropriate product and service recommendations
  • Multi-task between speaking to  customers and data capture
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge on all customer interactions
  • Provide outstanding service while driving sales and conversion

Inside Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic, engaging, and empathetic personality. 
  • You love connecting with people and seek to find a solution for their needs.
  • A passion for helping people!
  • Prior phone-based sales (inbound or outbound) experience preferred but not required. We will train  the right candidate.
  • Coachable
  • Ability to learn and retain the product suite quickly
  • A competitive spirit to meet and exceed company-wide and personal sales goals
  • Ability to work Saturdays, evenings, and some holidays. 
  • Computer proficient with the ability to multi-task. Call Center Experience a plus.
  • High School Diploma or GED
