Identify potential customers from a list of leads and reach out to them by phone, social media or email.
Research potential clients and generate leads
Contact potential clients via cold calling, email or social media
Qualify prospects based on their needs
Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and sales team
Maintain accurate records of all communications with potential clients
Responsible for updating the database with customer information
Conduct follow-up calls to confirm or reschedule missed appointments.
Fast-paced environments and are expected to make a high volume of cold calls.

Ability to learn position-specific software packages, such as Aurora Solar.
Ability to examine documents for accuracy and completeness.
Speak, read, and write English fluently.
