Inside Sales Representative

Demand continues to grow for convenient quality prepared food products. We are looking for a, self-motivated, leader to join our team as a Customer Service – Inside Sales Representative. We are growing and transforming our customer service team and moving towards a proactive Customer Service – Inside Sales role. We welcome those individuals who have the skill set and passion to join the Branding Iron team as an Inside Sales Representative.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Desire to provide the highest level of customer service by addressing customer concerns and identifying customer needs/ wants.
- Ability to collect data, process information and communicate effectively.
- Administrative duties to include entering orders, coordinating sample requests, working with internal team members to resolve issues, managing price requests, and developing proactive plans to drive incremental sales.
- Work with sales managers, food brokers and directly with customers to develop/support plans to introduce new product launches, identify product line gaps and isolate potential issues.
- Monitor the activity of our clients and competition to recommend opportunities to differentiate and grow our services.
- Collect information and create spreadsheets to clearly communicate issues and opportunities.
- Ability to confidently make good business decisions that directly affects sales profitability.
- High School diploma and 3+ years of Customer Service – Inside Sales experience
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, self-motivated to meet deadlines and have a strong level of attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and be a responsive problem solver under pressure
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office applications and proficient in excel.
- Ability to work well with others & independently
- All other duties as assigned by the supervisor
