General Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Management: Oversee the customer service department, ensuring smooth order processing and timely delivery of concrete products.
- Order Management: Collect relevant customer details (project, order specifics, location) and ensure orders are clear, accurate, and well-organized.
- Team Leadership: Lead the team responsible for managing customer jobs and deliveries.
- Warehouse Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory control, shipping coordination, and safety compliance. Supervise warehouse staff and implement procedures to optimize efficiency.
- Scheduling: Ensure timely scheduling of deliveries and personnel.
- Customer Coordination: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their project needs and ensure seamless job execution.
- Learning and Development: Work in a dynamic environment with support from experienced industry professionals.
- Flexibility: Assist with other duties as needed, such as counter service and rebar fabrication.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Availability to work overtime as necessary.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with office software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior management experience required.
- Class B CDL (Commercial Driver's License) is a plus.
- Knowledge of concrete products and industry experience is beneficial.
