Position Summary

Entech is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee and standardize project execution across a $12M+ portfolio. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals, financial targets, and client commitments while driving efficiency and continuous improvement. 

Certifications

• PMP and/or PgMP Required

Experience

• 5+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in IT Managed Services.
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and complex project portfolios.
• ConnectWise experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standardized program management frameworks.
• Oversee project execution to meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
• Manage financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for project-related issues.
• Collaborate with executives, clients, and internal teams to align expectations.
• Optimize resource allocation across multiple projects.
• Identify process improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams.
• Track program KPIs and report insights to senior leadership.

Skills and Abilities

• Strong program and project management expertise.
• Experience managing large-scale IT projects, preferably in an MSP environment ($12M+ P&L responsibility).
• Proven leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Asana, Smartsheet).
• Data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
