Business Unit/Department: Instrumentation and Valves Services   

Location: Lawrence, PA


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assemble valve actuation packages
  • Repair and assemble safety relief valves 
  • Disassemble, evaluate, rebuild and test Isolation and Control valves
  • Troubleshoot electrical instrumentation components
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and perform work outdoors 
Requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

  • MUST have a minimum of a 2 year vocational or technical college degree OR a minimum of 5 years of experience working in an industrial/manufacturing environment (automotive service experience preferred).  Military experience in this or a related field will also be considered. 
  • Proficient with mechanical tools and equipment.
  • Basic understanding of the operating principles, installation and maintenance of AC and DC electrical circuits.
  • Basic understanding of the operating principles, installation and maintenance of pneumatic circuits.
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work any overtime that is required to complete a particular assignment (occasional weekend work)
  • Ability to travel out of town and work in the field when required.
  • Personable and willing to interact professionally with gas industry customers 
  • Willing to work individually or as a team member
