Job Summary:
We are seeking an FP&A Director to develop and scale the financial reporting and analysis of our high growth company. Reporting to the CFO, this individual will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, supporting key business decisions, and ensuring our company meets its short and long-term goals.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
Department Development:
- Build and scale a high-performing FP&A function that partners with leaders across the organization.
- Establish best practices and processes for financial planning, analysis, and decision support.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
Financial Strategy & Planning:
- Oversee the preparation of consolidated budgets, forecasts, and longrange financial plans.
- Drive strategic planning processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights that guide business decisions.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, including variance analysis and actionable insights.
- Establish and monitor key financial and operational metrics to drive business performance.
- Lead ad-hoc analysis to evaluate potential opportunities, risks, and strategic initiatives.
Systems & Tools:
- Partner with IT and other teams to ensure the FP&A team has the tools and technology needed for robust financial analysis.
- Continuously enhance financial models and reporting systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Standard Qualifications - The FP&A Director works with and services a large variety of clients, ranging from senior Corporate Administration to Patient Financial Representatives. The Director requires the ability to communicate intelligently, yet effectively, to these various audiences, what can be very complex financial issues. Additionally, the Director will work with numerous financial systems and sources of data, many of which can provide conflicting answers. The ability to work with others and develop the skills necessary to gather appropriate data, turn it into meaningful information, and then implement business decisions based on it is at the core of the position.

- A proven track record of academic and professional excellence
- Willingness to question status quo in order to improve data or processes
- Very strong financial systems aptitude
- Ability to assimilate data into very understandable and succinct “stories” within PowerPoint presentations
- Must be analytical, detail-oriented, organized, work independently with project management skills and problem-solving techniques
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, ever-changing environment with multiple, simultaneous deliverables
- Must be able to discern priorities and demonstrate ability to hit deadlines on tight timelines
Education and/or Experience, Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting
- 7 – 10+ years of professional experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Data mining and modeling capabilities
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and other planning applications
