Position Summary:

This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit to strengthen the community.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Commits to the Y’s mission, vision and values.
• Works closely with supervisor to keep the Y's buildings and properties are functioning and secure while ensuring safety, licensing standards and the Y's reputation.
• Works with other staff to keep Y campus clean and orderly. Records and reports all needed repairs and completes repairs as directed.
• Builds effective, authentic relationships with participants and connects participants to the Y.

Education Requirements:

• High School degree or GED, or working towards completion of high school.
