Plumbing Foreman

Neyer Plumbing is seeking highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Foremen to join our New Construction Plumbing department. Neyer Plumbing is a leading new construction plumbing company in the greater Cincinnati market for over 50 years.


As a Plumbing Foreman, you will: 

  • Review blueprints and project plans to understand plumbing system requirements.
  • Develop work schedules and assign tasks to plumbers based on their skill level. Monitor project progress and identify potential delays.
  • Oversee the installation, repair and maintenance of various plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, drains and sewage lines. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations. 
  • Lead and motivate a crew of plumbers, including apprentices. Provide on-the-job training and mentorship. 
  • Communicate effectively with project manages, subcontractors, and customers regarding project status.

Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience as a lead plumbing foreman (preferred). If you have 5 years or more of experience, we offer a sign-on bonus! 
  • A professional, positive, and energetic attitude.
  • A clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
  • Honesty, dependability, and reliability.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Employees must be able to pass pre-employment screening including a background, motor vehicle check and drug screening. Maintaining eligibility to operate company vehicles is a fundamental job requirement. All employees that operate company vehicles must maintain their driving record as insurable under the company’s vehicle insurance provider
