Service BDC Representative
Description

A service BDC representative, or Business Development Center representative, is a customer service professional who works in a dealership's service department. Jim Shorkey North Huntingdon Mitsu is looking to add top talent to their team!

  

Responsibilities:

  • You'll answer internet leads from manufacturer and third-party websites, answer phone calls from customers looking to schedule service for their vehicle and continue to reach out to your existing customer base through phone, text, and email daily.
  • Scheduling and verifying appointments, then follow up phone calls
  • Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products.
  • Greeting and assisting walk-in customers, and treating all clientele with courtesy and respect.
  • Determining each customer's vehicle service needs and making appointments accordingly
  • Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service.
  • Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.
  • Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership.

Hours/Pay:

  • Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
  • Starting pay rate $14 per hour

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Have a valid Driver's License with a clean MVR
  • Pass a drug test and background check
  • Possess phone skills for both employee and customer phone calls
  • Have basic computer skills. Training will be provided for necessary programs.
  • Be organized, alert, professional and courteous
  • Be committed to 100% customer satisfaction
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel program
