Description

The Director, Customer Success, Client Recovery & Cross Functional Initiatives, is a versatile role responsible for primarily driving the success of our Critical Accounts Recovery Engagement (CARE) Program and other cross functional projects across the organization, as assigned. This individual will collaborate with account managers to resolve systemic and high impact client issues, while also contributing to broader organizational initiatives that require project management expertise.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects, from improving client satisfaction to enhancing internal operations, ensuring that the organization delivers high quality outcomes for both clients and internal stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the resolution of complex client challenges for accounts enrolled in the CARE Program
  • Collaborate with account managers to assess and prioritize client specific issues and develop tailored action plans
  • Coordinate cross functional efforts across technical, operations and support teams to drive timely resolutions
  • Facilitate client communication, including kickoff, progress and transition meetings to foster trust and accountability
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and deliverables
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure projects are delivered on time
  • Track and report progress of CARE accounts to executive leadership escalating roadblocks as needed to ensure deadlines are met

Requirements
  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in client facing or healthcare related roles
  • Experience managing both client focused initiatives and internal operational projects
  • Familiarity with 340B, a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with internal Nuvem processes and systems, a strong advantage
