Summary of the Role:

We are seeking a skilled, energetic, resourceful and meticulous Deal Manager to join our Sales Team in this client facing position. The ideal candidate will function as our expert on deal structure, comprehensive deal strategy, and resolve any issues on behalf of the sales team. The Deal Manager performs the financial evaluation and go/no-go decision support of material business arrangements. The candidate should also have some technical depth to help them promote and advance services in a coherent way. The individual will have executive presence and the ability to present the complex in a clear and concise manner to senior management.

What your day will look like:

  • Provide financial modeling and business case support for new and prospective opportunities.
  • Evaluate the economic impact of potential changes to customer pricing and promotions.
  • Conduct ongoing economic evaluation of existing partner relationships, presenting key findings to business leaders, with recommendations based on data-driven insights.
  • Assist with complex contract negotiations and manage the approval process, including liaising with involved internal groups such as Legal, Finance, etc.
  • Review and verify incoming deals for accuracy; confirm transactions adhere to revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines; help coordinate system reviews, ensure accuracy of data, and meet SLAs.
Requirements

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in sales, account management, or related high-tech companies.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • A solutions-oriented and customer-centric personality.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (emphasis on Excel & PowerPoint presentations).
  • Effective working both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to lead and direct others by actively listening skills.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills and ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete plans.
  • Strong interpersonal skills required; Proven ability to work well across multiple disciplines within the organization.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and communicate in a large organization.
  • You love to tackle challenges, negotiate, and deliver results.

  • Ability to travel internationally (~10%)
