Description

The Client Services Ambassador (CSA) (On-Call) is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to the public and representing our company in a positive and professional manner. As a Client Services Ambassador, you will be a brand representative, who creates a welcoming environment, provides educational resources, and a personal touch to each client’s experience. The Client Services Ambassador must always represent Viticus Group in a professional manner when interacting with co-workers and clients. 

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with setting up name badges, making copies, grabbing beverages and snacks, ensuring a pleasant experience 
  • Act as a concierge for guests by providing transportation services as needed, including arranging cabs, Lyft etc. 
  • Monitor the event calendar, plan event needs in advance, and ensure all necessary staff are scheduled
  • Ensure all meals are set on time and communicate any changes to the caterers and clients
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients via email and phone, ensuring effective business relationships

Education, Experience Skills & Abilities

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and related programs
  • Ability to remain calm and exercise sound judgement in difficult situations
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work year-round

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, use hands and fingers, talk, hear, and smell continually.
  • Ability to stand, walk and reach frequently
  • Ability to climb or balance, stoop, kneel or crouch occasionally
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs., and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Close vision required to see computer monitor, read documents, and operate copy and fax machine
  • Work environment is indoors and climate controlled. Occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions

Salary Description
$18.50 per hour
