The Role:
As the Associate Clinical Manager, you will partner with our leadership teams to oversee daily clinical operations, mentor & train staff, and collaborate with Providers to ensure the highest standards of quality and compassionate care. This position is ideal for someone with significant career maturity—someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, fostering team excellence, and driving meaningful outcomes for both patients and the practice. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support clinical staff, promoting a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with physicians and administrative leaders to optimize workflows, enhance patient experience and through put, implement and monitor best practices.
  • Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Act as a mentor and resource for team members, leveraging your experience to guide career development and operational success.
  • Identify opportunities for process innovation and support initiatives that amplify our impact on patient care and practice growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A seasoned healthcare professional with a minimum of (3)  years of clinical experience, including at least 1 year in a management, supervisory or "lead" designated role.
  • Solid understanding of clinical operations within a specialty practice setting. Specific experience in Orthopedics, Neurosurgery and/or Pain Management is preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and unify teams toward common goals.
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to driving impactful efficiency and change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Formal certification desired (such as RMA, LPN, Associates or Bachelors degree etc. as plus).

$46,000-$58,000 commensurate with experience
