Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer service focused Corporate Office Administrator / Receptionist. The selected candidate is integral in the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, welcoming visitors and managing inquiries.
- Operate phone systems efficiently, handling incoming calls and messages professionally.
- Provide Accounts Payable support including managing specialty payment processes including contractor and grower payments.
- Perform all other office tasks as requested

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have strong Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook skills
- Work within a team environment
- Agricultural background is beneficial but not required.
