Rocktops is a state-of-the-art granite & stone fabrication facility based in Olathe, KS, with a second showroom-only location in Lee's Summit, MO, providing production and installation services of high-quality countertop surfaces for our clients. Rocktops has an opening for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. Project Managers actively engage customer prospects as well as service in-house accounts and leads. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability while consistently practicing our company CORE VALUES: Problem Solving, Work Ethic, and Positivity. Project Managers report directly to the Sales Manager.

JOB DUTIES:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Project Management within the countertop industry required.
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads within 24 hours.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze workload potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with information regarding customer needs, problems, competition and potential for new products and services
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Held accountable for checks and balances established in the workplace.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Keep the showroom always looking presentable.
- Be informed of the material we have in stock.
- Follow policies and procedures set forth by the management team.
- Attend mandatory sales team meetings as scheduled.
- Attend mandatory all-staff meetings as scheduled.
- Attend performance reviews with managers to review individual performance, goals, activity, upcoming jobs, and any concerns that you or the managers may have.
- Participate and attend scheduled Rocktops and/or vendor events.
