Description


Division: Administration   
Reports to: Chief Program Officer   
Supervises: Program Managers, Registered Nurse Trainer, Medical Liaison, QIDP   
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000   


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Oversight: Provide overall leadership and operational management for Shore's residential programs, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services.   
    • Oversee and manage all aspects of Shore's residential programs, including CILAs and Shore Homes.  
  • Compliance: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards (IDPH, HUD, DHS, OIG, CARF).  
    • Ensure compliance with medical regulations and oversee the nursing team.    
  • Program Management: Develop, implement, and evaluate program policies and procedures, ensuring effective service delivery and continuous improvement.   
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team through recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management.   
  • Financial Management: Oversee program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial stability and sustainability.   
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain collaborative relationships with families, guardians, community members, and other stakeholders.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field; Master's preferred.   

5-7 years working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities; 3-5 years supervisory experience.   

Strong leadership, written and oral Communication, and organizational skills; knowledge of relevant regulations; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.   


Licenses/Certifications: 

  • State of Illinois QIDP
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Nursing Home Administrator License (or ability to obtain within 120 days).   

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to sit, walk, bend, lift, and push.

Professional attire, access to a vehicle, closed-toe shoes.
