Key Responsibilities:

· Prioritize daily retail operations to meet customer demands and ensure exceptional service delivery.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, customers, and vendors.

· Address customer needs, concerns, complaints, and inquiries professionally and efficiently.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and competitor offerings.


Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience in the automotive repair retail industry.

· Proven track record of driving revenue growth and retaining a loyal customer base.

· Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

· Results-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.

· Flexibility to work on a varied schedule as needed.

· Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.

· Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
