About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven Quality Engineer to join our team. This role requires someone who thrives on precision, accuracy, and problem-solving. You will play a key role in ensuring conformance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 leading quality initiatives, and driving continual improvement efforts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct data-driven analysis to improve quality processes and reduce defects.
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Develop and manage PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, and control plans to ensure conforming product to customer requirements
  • Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits for conformance.
  • Apply statistical process control (SPC) and data-driven methodologies for continuous improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering and production teams to optimize processes.

Requirements

 Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing in an automotive environment.
  • Documented training in ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, and quality system compliance.
  • Proficiency in PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D problem-solving.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, process improvement, and statistical tools.
  • Certifications (CQE and CQA) are a plus.
