Whether it’s crafting the perfect latte, recommending a favorite pastry, or simply sharing a friendly smile, our Baristas bring our brand to life. They work together as a team to ensure every customer enjoys the exceptional quality and service that defines us.
What You’ll Do
- Greet every customer with a warm welcome and deliver outstanding service using our 5 Steps of Customer Service.
- Show up on time, ready to bring positive energy to the team.
- Follow recipes and standards for drinks, cleanliness, workflow, and overall customer experience.
- Operate all brewing equipment properly to craft high-quality coffee and tea.
- Take and process orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Adapt to different barista roles—floater, register, bar, and more.
- Keep the café looking great by maintaining a clean and organized space, including the service bar, dining area, bathrooms, and storage.
- Complete deep-cleaning tasks as outlined by management.
- Restock items as needed to keep things running smoothly.
- Report any maintenance issues to the leadership team promptly.
- Handle customer concerns professionally, following training guidelines to ensure every guest leaves happy.

- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand for prolonged periods of time frequently
