This is a hands-on, roll up your sleeves, administrative position - must be willing to work in a busy, collaborative environment.

Position Overview:
The Assistant HOA will support the Director in overseeing daily operations of the community. This role requires strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills to assist with invoicing, maintaining budgets, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with community governing documents. The Assistant will serve as a key liaison between homeowners and ensure smooth operations of security, landscaping, property services, and homeowner compliance.
This is an hourly position, Monday - Friday, 8a-5p. Must be able to work onsite. Competitive pay - commensurate with experience.

- Assist the Director with managing daily operations and overseeing community projects.
- Respond to homeowner inquiries and monitor compliance with HOA Policies and follow up.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes for the Committees.
- Communicate with security, landscaping, property services, and compliance teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Support budget/capital preparation, tracking, and invoice process.
- Collaborate with the HOA committee and foundation on projects impacting the community.
- Uses Excel, software and computer systems to track projects
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Language: Ability to read, write and comprehend correspondence, memos, and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to employees.
- Mathematics: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
- Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

Qualifications
- Requires a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.
- 2 - 4 years of directly related clerical or administrative support for HOA, property management or condominium management experience.
- Must be able to use MS Office 2007 or later, particularly Excel and Word. Must be able to adapt to management software and computer programs being utilized by company.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Must be able to perform diversified but semi-repetitive operations following standardized methods and procedures under changing conditions.
- Must be able to sit down for a long periods of time and work in a high-call volume environment.
