We are looking for a skilled Rubber Molding Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining rubber molding machines to produce high-quality rubber products. The ideal candidate will have experience in rubber molding processes, strong attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot production issues.

Key Responsibilities not limited to:

• Set up and operate rubber molding machines according to production specifications.
• Monitor molding processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Adjust machine settings, temperature, and pressure as needed for optimal performance.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot molding equipment.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Work closely with production teams to meet daily output goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in rubber molding or a related manufacturing role (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle materials as required.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if necessary.
