Consultant Overview
As a Consultant, working under the direction of a Senior Consultant, you will maintain financial reports, analyze budgets, and perform general debits and credits while working in a collaborative environment which meets and exceeds deadlines.
Given the dynamic nature of the business, you will “wear many hats” and be comfortable adapting to change, navigating unique challenges, while anticipating and exceeding client expectations. You should be self-motivated and excited for new challenges daily.
What you’ll do
- Process accounts payable
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Forecast short-term cash
- Ener monthly journals
- Assist with third party audits & reviews
- Ad hoc financial analysis
What you’ll have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Organizational/analytical skills
- Microsoft Excel familiarity
- Ability to perform account reconciliations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Experience in various ERPs a plus (QBO, Intacct, Sage, NetSuite)
- Software Accounting experience a plus
- Positive attitude and team player
- Ability to multi-task, and prioritize “big ticket items”
- Confidence, ambition, self-motivation, and ability to work both independently and in team environment
- Active listening and problem-solving skills
