Requirements

The core function of this job is to is to support the special events and venue business in the Southwest Ohio territory by pulling warehoused products from an invoice, loading and unloading trailers, delivering and picking up product and providing unsurpassed customer service. This role will work closely with the Special Events and Venue team and will oftentimes include evening and weekend work hours.

This is a seasonal position that will start on April 1, 2025 and conclude on September 30, 2025.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Adhere to our company’s mission, vision and core values.

Load and unload trailers and equipment at the warehouse, events and venues.

Support the delivery, set-up, tear-down and overall service of special events and venues.

Work closely with the Special Events and Venue team.

Monitor quality control standards, including product freshness and order accuracy.

Respond, investigate and resolve customer questions and concerns.

Collect and submit payment for product, as warranted.

Inventory and return product after events; reconcile final counts with Special Events and Venue Manager and/or Team Leader.

Ensure compliance with all legal guidelines, company and supplier standards and policies.

Respond, Investigate and Resolve customer questions and concerns.

Adhere to Quality Control Standards (product freshness, finished product loss)

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Have valid Driver’s license and must be 18 years of age.

Required to drive to multiple locations and maintain sufficient insurance. Must abide by all traffic and motor vehicle laws and regulations.

Forklift experience is preferred, though training is available.

Experience with hauling and backing trailers is a plus.

Warehouse experience is a plus.

Must be able to learn specific computer software.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Outgoing personality with strong self-direction.

Ability to work with minimal supervision, set priorities and multitask.

Must be dependable, organized and detail-oriented.

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position operates in a dynamic environment. Expected hours of work are during the Company’s regular business hours as well as during many evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Regular, consistent attendance is required.

Dress code is business casual.

Heavy lifting is involved; must be able to lift a 165 pound half barrel keg repetitively.

Must be able to maneuver floor jacks and forklifts safely (training will be provided).

Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions and wide temperature variations.

While performing the duties of this job, employee is required to stand; balance; walk; climb stairs, sit; use hands to feel and handle objects, tools, or controls, including standard office equipment such as computers and phones; reach with hands and arms; talk; hear; and have specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to focus.
