JOB SUMMARY:
The Director of Client Employment and Enrichment Services is responsible for supervising, managing, motivating, and leading team members daily. They are responsible for developing and implementing vocational training and workforce-development programs designed to provide our clients (students and adults with Developmental Disabilities and/or Autism) with career coaching, marketable job training, community engaging opportunities, supported employment and community job opportunities. They are responsible for developing and implementing enrichment day center programs designed to provide our clients with daily enrichment opportunities at the day center facility and out in the community at large. They will develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business contract work for our clients. They provide leadership in our core values by consistently delivering a high quality of professionalism, developing bold initiatives and exceptional customer service to clients and employees, and ensuring our services are always client focused. Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Oversee the ongoing operations of the client employment & enrichment division in the company.
- Manages and directs the company towards its’ primary goals and objectives.
- Promotes communication and cooperations among divisions to create a spirit of unity in the organization.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall delivery and execution of A New Leaf, Inc.’s Client Employment & Day Enrichment Services Division, ensuring all program services provided are focused on the specific needs of the individual clients and students served.
- Assure compliance with all state, local and federal regulations.
- Develops and monitors the annual Client Employment & Enrichment Services Division budget to include all program revenues and expenses. The division’s estimated annual budget is $3 million and 50-60 staff supporting over 130 workforce clients, 80 day center clients and 20+ school-to-work students.
- Develop and administer programs, policies, and procedures to align the division with the company's strategic goals. Formulates and recommends policies and objectives for the company regarding client needs.
- Recruit, develop and maintain business, employer, and school partner relationships.
- Develops a working relationship with the Department of Rehabilitation Services, Developmental Disability Services of Oklahoma, State Department of Health, area schools, and other industry professionals.
- Develops ways to attract new clients/students to our programs through collaboration with state case managers, schools, other agency providers, and the community-at-large.
- Track and report on the division outcomes for all programs.
- Supervises and works in conjunction with all Program Coordinators, Case Managers, Direct Care Staff and Job Coaches, ensuring client plans are implemented and followed, IP (Individual Plans) Meetings are attended, monthly and quarterly reporting is submitted on time, and any transitional needs are met for the clients/students served.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Have and maintain a valid driver’s license, including dependable vehicle/transportation to and from work, and automobile insurance coverage, to ensure you are eligible to operate company vehicles.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work flexible schedule based on the those served by and the needs of A New Leaf, Inc., including but not limited to working scheduled evenings or weekends based on the department/event need.
- Expressed desire to work with and a positive attitude when working with people with developmental disabilities and autism.
- Must have business acumen, management experience, strategic thinking, problem solving/analysis, fiscal management, and good customer service.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, non-profit management, or similar related degree preferred.
- 5 years of related experience with progressive managerial responsibilities preferred.
- Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities and/or autism preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged period sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Bending, stooping, and lifting a minimum of 30lbs.
