What You’ll Do
- Live and lead the Preston Automotive Group Core Values: Integrity, Urgency, Teamwork, Personal Growth, Attention to Detail, and Community.
- Greet every customer with professionalism, enthusiasm, and authenticity.
- Build strong relationships by discovering customer needs through meaningful conversations.
- Present and demonstrate our wide selection of vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and value.
- Guide customers through engaging test drives and seamless purchase experiences.
- Present transparent pricing and confidently assist with negotiations.
- Collaborate with our Finance & Insurance team to complete deals efficiently.
- Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive offerings.
- Deliver outstanding follow-up to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve—and exceed—monthly sales goals as part of a winning team.

- Automotive sales experience is a plus—but no experience required; we train the right attitude.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Basic computer skills (CRM experience is helpful, not required).
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
