This role is all about project management, client collaboration, and seamless service implementation—from new setups to service upgrades. What You’ll Be Doing ?
- Managing VoIP and internet service projects from kickoff to completion—ensuring smooth installations and legendary client experience.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the setup and implementation process.
- Collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and technical staff to keep projects on track, within scope, and under budget.
- Overseeing service requests, including new orders, upgrades, and migrations for internet and VoIP phone solutions.
- Coordinating network and voice hardware setups, ensuring seamless configurations and timely activations.
- Troubleshooting technical challenges and proactively resolving issues to ensure a stellar client experience.
- Traveling to client sites when needed for hands-on support and service delivery.
- Continuously learning and improving processes to deliver the best in VoIP and cloud-based communications.

- Team player – You collaborate across teams to make things happen!
- Valid Drivers License
Bonus Points if You Have:
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CCNA, ICND1/2.
- Experience managing VoIP and internet service rollouts.
- Hands-on experience with network and telecom configurations.
