This role is all about project management, client collaboration, and seamless service implementation—from new setups to service upgrades. Requirements

 What You’ll Be Doing ?

  • Managing VoIP and internet service projects from kickoff to completion—ensuring smooth installations and legendary client  experience.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the setup and implementation process.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and technical staff to keep projects on track, within scope, and under budget.
  • Overseeing service requests, including new orders, upgrades, and migrations for internet and VoIP phone solutions.
  • Coordinating network and voice hardware setups, ensuring seamless configurations and timely activations.
  • Troubleshooting technical challenges and proactively resolving issues to ensure a stellar client experience.
  • Traveling to client sites when needed for hands-on support and service delivery.
  • Continuously learning and improving processes to deliver the best in VoIP and cloud-based communications.

  • Tech-savvy – Comfortable working with network equipment, VoIP systems, and project management tools.
  • Organized & detail-oriented – You keep track of deadlines, priorities, and the small details that make projects run flawlessly.
  • Team player – You collaborate across teams to make things happen!
  • Valid Drivers License 

Bonus Points if You Have:

  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CCNA, ICND1/2.
  • Experience managing VoIP and internet service rollouts.
  • Hands-on experience with network and telecom configurations.

Salary Description
$33-$35/hr.
