What You’ll Do:
- Provide in-home care as directed by the Case Manager
- Assist clients with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.) and AIDLs (meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, etc.)
- Monitor and report client condition changes
- Maintain documentation and comply with agency policies
- Deliver compassionate, client-centered care
Schedule Options:
- 4-hour, 8-hour, and 12-hour shifts available
- Morning, evening, and overnight shifts
- Weekend shifts as needed
