Description
  •  Responsible for youth and family assessments, trauma-informed treatment, wraparound services, andproviding trauma-informed care to victims of violence.
  • Coordinate and direct trauma treatment services, including, but not limited to, assessment and treatment with case manager and community responder
  • Provides clinical mental health services, counseling, case management, and community linkage.
  • Provides emergency clinical service referrals for crisis intervention 
  • Responsible for recruiting referrals to meet contract expectations.
  • Maintains direct contact with program and community participants in target area.
  • Maintains professional relationship with community stakeholders.
  • Develops a trauma-informed system of care within the targeted service area.
  • Sustains effective trauma-informed treatment services.
  • Responsible for providing program data for reporting purposes.
  • Maintains client records in data management system and hard file as required by the agency and program contract.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field from an accredited college or university.       
  • Experience working with youth and families who are justice-involved and have experienced trauma
  • Bilingual candidate preferred
