- Attend weekly team meetings to discuss progress and goals

About the Role
As a Property Service Crew Member, you will provide routine maintenance and care for various landscapes, including residential and commercial properties. Your role is crucial to deliver high-quality landscaping work that enhances the beauty of client properties.
Responsibilities
- Be part of an assigned team that executes the day-to-day property maintenance of both commercial and residential property services accounts.
- Communicate with other crew members, crew leaders, supervisors, managers, and clients to complete all daily tasks
- Maintain knowledge of all landscaping equipment, including zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, string trimmers, blowers, hedge pruners, etc.
- Meet with crew leaders/supervisors/managers once a week to ensure goals and job hours are being met.
- Ensure all safety guidelines are followed and work is completed according to safe working habits.
- Work to identify more efficient ways to perform duties.
- Operate company equipment properly .
Skills and Qualifications
- Skilled in operating tools, vehicles, and small engine equipment safely.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
- A valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Ability to obtain DOT Medical Certification
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM - 4:30 PM (Weekends and extended hours as needed)
- Seasonal end date: 7 months or as determined by operational needs.
