What You’ll Do:

Teach & Elevate Technical Skills

  • Deliver      expert-led instruction in facials, skincare, waxing, makeup, and nails in      alignment with Aveda’s high standards.
  • Provide      daily feedback and coaching to enhance student performance.
  • Create      an engaging learning environment where students feel encouraged to      innovate and refine their craft.

Deliver an Unforgettable Guest Experience

  • Train      students to provide exceptional, personalized guest experiences using      Aveda’s 12 Points of Difference.
  • Guide      students in mastering benefit-based consultations and professional service      techniques.
  • Foster      a guest-driven mindset in every interaction, from mannequin workshops to      real client appointments.

Develop Professionalism & Career Readiness

  • Mentor      students on attendance, dress code, and professional etiquette.
  • Collaborate      with leadership to ensure student success and retention.
  • Support      students in setting and achieving career benchmarks to thrive in the      industry.

Inspire Achievement & Success

  • Help      students set personal goals and reach performance benchmarks.
  • Monitor      progress, provide ongoing coaching, and celebrate achievements.
  • Engage      in special events like Career Fairs, Student Recognition, and Earth Month      initiatives.

Be a Leader in the Aveda Community

  • Stay      current with industry trends and Aveda education standards.
  • Maintain      a vibrant, professional learning space that reflects Aveda’s commitment to      excellence.
  • Contribute      ideas and innovations that elevate the student and guest experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed      Esthetician with a passion for education and mentorship – Full Specialist      license preferred, however Facial Specialist license accepted.
  • Strong      communication and coaching skills to inspire student growth.
  • A      commitment to Aveda’s mission of beauty, wellness, and sustainability.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

2+ years Esthiology experience.

Esthetics Educator License in Florida.

Passionate about learning and teaching.

Strong presentation & communications skills.

Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
