Job Summary:
We're looking for people who share our company values first, and have experience in pest control second. We can't train people to care about the quality of their work, but we CAN train you how to do the work or do it better!
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for providing effective pest management solutions to our clients while ensuring safety and compliance with industry regulations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, time management, and a commitment to customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Apply pest control treatments in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations.
- Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and maintenance practices.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and products used.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective pest management strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, pest control methods, and safety protocols.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in pest control preferred.
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
- Ability to pass E-Verify work screening upon hire

PAY TRANSPARENCY
This position is hourly plus commission
Annual Pay Range Based on 40/hr week: $35,880 to $44,770
Plus Annual Commission Range $5,000 to $35,000
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS
- Required: unexpired CA Driver's license and clean driving record
- Required: Branch 2 Field Representative license
- Preferred: Wildlife Trapping License
- Preferred: QAC Certificate in Categories ABK
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Two to three years as a licensed Branch 2 Field Representative
- Previous experience in customer service and sales
