Overview

We are looking for an IT Technician to support our organization and take ownership in supporting all related IT systems and related projects internally. 


What you will do

  • Provide comprehensive IT support for hardware and software, specifically focusing on MacBook devices and essential applications, to ensure seamless operation for internal employees.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with software vendors to optimize the performance and cost-effectiveness of IT-owned solutions.
  • Manage and oversee the Mobile Device Management (MDM) system to ensure secure and efficient mobile operations across the organization.
  • Lead the procurement and provisioning processes for all IT hardware, ensuring timely availability of necessary equipment.
  • Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including hardware provisioning and single sign-on configuration, facilitating smooth transitions for new and departing staff.
  • Maintain and support office video conferencing solutions to promote effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct research and provide support for new security and IT initiatives, aligning IT strategy with organizational goals and adapting to technological advancements.
  • Assist in audit and compliance-related tasks to uphold company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage in light project management to develop knowledge-based documentation and drive IT-related initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency.
Requirements

What you need 

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support within a corporate setting, demonstrating proficiency in a professional environment.
  • Proven ability to provide comprehensive remote, phone, and email support to internal end users across multiple time zones, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • In-depth expertise in troubleshooting and supporting Mac-related products, including laptops and iPhones, as well as business software applications such as Zoom and Google Workspace, and audiovisual equipment, including webcams and teleconference systems.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills and adaptability.
  • Experience in project management with a keen attention to detail, ensuring the successful execution and completion of IT initiatives.
  • Availability to be onsite at the office, maintaining a strong presence to support company IT needs.
