Key Responsibilities:
As an Oral Surgeon, your expertise will be essential in transforming patient outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Anesthesia: Administer general and local anesthetics with precision to ensure a pain-free experience for patients undergoing various oral surgeries.
• Collaborative Care: Work side-by-side with restorative dentists, orthodontists, and other professionals to plan comprehensive, tailored treatment protocols for our patients.
• Wisdom Teeth Management: Assess wisdom teeth to predict and prevent future problems, performing necessary procedures to ensure optimal oral health.
• Dental Implant Surgery: Prepare the mouth for dental implants, while supporting the regeneration of bone and gum tissues, restoring form and function.
• Extraction & Restoration: Remove impacted, damaged, and non-restorable teeth, and work to restore patients’ smiles and confidence.
• Oral Infections & Tumor Management: Treat infections in the oral cavity and salivary glands, and remove tumors and abnormal growths to ensure patients’ well-being.
• Emergency Facial Trauma: Provide immediate care for facial injuries, including lacerations, fractures, and intra-oral trauma to protect and restore facial aesthetics and function.
• Advanced Reconstructive Surgery: Rebuild jaws, faces, and soft tissues with surgical precision, using innovative techniques to restore form and function after injury or disease.
• Mucosal Management: Treat and manage conditions affecting the oral mucosa, including mouth ulcers, infections, and other challenging oral health issues.

What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of skill, experience, and dedication to the field of oral  surgery. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a lasting impact on patients’ lives.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.
• Active, unrestricted Specialty in Dentistry license in good standing in the State of [Illinois].
• Advanced knowledge of human anatomy, diagnosis, and treatment options for oral and maxillofacial conditions.
• Expertise in surgical techniques, including advanced procedures such as bone grafting, dental implants, and facial reconstructive surgery.
• Proficiency with graphics/photoimaging software and medical software.
• A compassionate, patient-centric approach to care, with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
