Description

Job Duties Include the Following:

  • Takes reservations and register overnight campground guests. In Person, over the phone or by email.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and manage the store multi-line phone system.
  • Input customer data into customer management system.
  • Provide customers with company information, store hours, and answer general questions.
  • Conduct general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, copying.
  • Fills Propane bottles and Motor-home propane tanks
  • Other duties assigned by management.
  • Distributes messages to guests and new upcoming event flyers
  • Light cleaning of office
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior office experience is a preferred.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.
