Lido Advisors, LLC, an established and expanding wealth management firm is looking for a Senior Associate, Integrations. The Senior Associate for Integrations will create, manage and update project plans for new partnerships. This role is vital for ensuring a seamless transition, minimizing disruptions, and aligning strategies with the overall business objectives post-merger.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Planning & Execution
- Create detailed project plans outlining timelines and deliverables for integration activities.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders (finance, legal, compliance IT, HR, operations) to define integration priorities and objectives.
- Monitor the completion of integration milestones.
- Identify, develop and manage projects focused on streamlining integration related processes.
- Create integration related materials.
- Assist with meeting coordination
- Coordination of site visits and integration training sessions
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between internal departments to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Communicate integration updates and progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Address integration-related concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
Continuous Improvement
- Track lessons learned and identify opportunities to improve the integration process for future partnerships.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (required).
- PMP or relevant certifications preferred.
Experience
- Proven experience with project management software.
- Understanding of M&A /integration activities.
- Understanding of wealth management lifecycle.
- Experience at an RIA preferred.
Skills
- Strong project management skills, with experience navigating cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
