The Country Club of Buffalo is looking to hire a full-time 2nd shift building maintenance employee to preform daily club house maintenance tasks. This is a full-time year-round maintenance position on 2nd shift.

Building Maintenance Staff Responsibilities:
- Maintain and make general repairs
- Painting interior and exterior areas
- Hanging pictures, fixtures, shades etc.
- Changing light bulbs and light fixtures
- General plumbing and electrical work
- Moving furniture & general cleaning
- Operating tools and equipment
- Other duties as assigned by maintenance supervisor
Building Maintenance Staff Requirements:
- Experience using maintenance tools/equipment
- 2+ years previous work history in maintenance
- High attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions
- Clear communication
- Strong multi-tasking ability
- Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb
- Works well as a team and independently
- Lift up to 50 lbs
