Bilingual Sales Supervisor, Houston, TX
In this position, you will be responsible for leading a sales team located in different cities and ensure high execution standards at the point of sale while exceeding sales target in the areas you will be responsible for.
As a Sales Supervisor you will be directly responsible for:
- Negotiate with district managers as well with medium and small accounts.
- Identify market opportunities by evaluating each point of sales and generate new business opportunities that can allow Klass Time to introduce new product from its portfolio.
- Supports and partners with Sales Manager by communicating market opportunities, sales stats, challenges, providing updated sales reporting and overall feedback of the business.
- Evaluate and analyze all sales routes to ensure their efficiency and effectiveness by visiting the stores and when needed, provide guidance to sales team as well as feedback to Sales Manager about potential opportunities and areas of improvement.
- Communicate clear expectations and holds sales team accountable for achieving all brand, goals, performance, and behavior standards.
- Trains and provides continuous feedback to sales team to maximize business opportunities.
- Proactively recruit and be always on the lookout for candidates who can join the team and participate in the interview process for new hires.

Requirements for the position:
- Bilingual (Spanish and English).
- 3+ years of previous sales experience.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience. Experience with a CPG company would be a plus.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent Customer Service and Negotiation skills.
- Intermediate level of PC knowledge: Word, excel.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all internal and external customers.
- Must be able to work independently and within a team with limited supervision.
- Availability to travel 75% of the time.
Physical requirements:
- Must be able to walk and move around 2/3 of the time.
- Using fingers to operate tools and devices.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on phone and in person.
