Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter

Location: Remote (Eastern Standard Time Preferred)
Schedule: 30 hours per week
Compensation: $25 per hour

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with 4 to 5 years of recruiting and sourcing experience. This temporary assignment offers the potential for a direct hire based on positive performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential candidates on various social media platforms and professional networks.
• Craft and send compelling recruiting emails to attract talent.
• Identify and contact passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Dedicate at least 15 hours per week to actively source new candidates.
• Focus exclusively on candidate sourcing and screening; this is not a full-cycle recruiting role.

 Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be a resident of the U.S. and able to work during Eastern Standard Time hours.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, HR databases, and/or Candidate Management Systems is preferred.
• Strong time management skills are essential.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with adept online etiquette skills, are a must.
• Reliable internet connection is required.
