Job Summary:
Hooper Corporation is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for creating compelling marketing materials, coordinating special events, managing our website and social media presence, and building overall brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the marketing team in the development of promotional materials including direct mail, print and broadcast advertising, brochures and multimedia presentations
- Coordinate key details for events such as tradeshows, exhibits and community engagement activities including registrations, displays and promotional items
- Prepare content and photos for web site social media communications
- Manage and track charitable contribution requests and foundation gift processing
- Manage and track inventory for all promotional materials
- Handle day-to-day coordination of marketing administrative tasks

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the A/E/C industry
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and content creation.
- Experience managing websites (Wordpress, Sharepoint) and email marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to travel 2-3 times per year
- Normal office environment. Routinely works from a sitting position with a computer. Repetitive typing and computer use required. Regular bending, twisting, and light lifting is common with or without reasonable accommodation.
