Responsibilities include:
Promote a service culture within the Financial Services Department utilizing the most appropriate methods including but not limited to; train and coaching the staff on the service process, assist in setting goals, implement sales promotions and measure the performance of team. Hire, reviews schedule, train and monitors the work of direct reports. Conducts performance reviews, allocates resources to meet operational needs within the department. Maintains communications with main office and supervisor. Monitors all branch activities to ensure they are in compliance with established Credit Union policies and procedures. Engage with members on more complex transactions and sensitive member relation problems.

- Previous banking experience
- Supervisor or management experience preferred
