Napa Valley Wine Train has an array of enticing (and delicious) adventures, there is always something new to try on the Napa Valley Wine Train.
Proven prep cooking experience, including experience as a dishwasher, restaurant prep cook.
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
Familiar with industry’s best practices.
Culinary school diploma a plus.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in small space, fast paced environment, and on a moving train.
Ability to stand for long period of time.
Must be available for day or evening, holidays and weekend shifts.
Serve Safe (or ability to obtain certification).
Speak & Read English - Minimum.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
