Are you a strategic financial leader looking to make an impact in the agriculture and manufacturing industries? Continental Floral Greens is seeking an experienced Divisional Controller to oversee financial operations and drive efficiency across our PNW locations.


LOCATION & SCHEDULE

· Hybrid position based in Shelton, WA.

· Full-time


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

· Manage accounting operations, including General Ledger, Inventory/Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.

· Assist the Corporate Controller with financial reporting, audits, and compliance with property, state, and local tax regulations.

· Ensure accurate month-end and year-end closings, including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries.

· Maintain fixed asset register and ensure proper depreciation tracking.

· Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and industry regulations.

· Partner with operations teams to optimize financial reviews, spending, and inventory management.

· Lead financial system improvements, automation, and reporting capabilities.

· Support external audits by ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate policies.

· Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for financial and operational efficiency.

· Foster a positive team dynamic and contribute to the company’s vision, mission, and values.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).

· 6+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing or agriculture management.

· Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.

· Experience with cost accounting and ERP systems.

· Proficiency in cloud-based ERP/accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· CPA or CMA certification preferred.

 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS 

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. 

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.


The target hiring range for this position is $95,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience.
