The Position
Our Coral Gables headquarters is seeking an Intern to provide support to our team as a Project Coordinator Intern. The Project Coordinator is integral to our customer implementations, often being deployed to global customer sites through go-live. 

• Spend 10 weeks learning about Trax Software, eMRO and eMobility Products.
• Learn the ins and outs of project management, which include the communication and coordination between Trax and their customers necessary to ensure successful projects.
• Ability to enhance your professional growth through this developmental experience for future career opportunities at Trax.
• The chance to utilize your skills in working with software technology through interactions, procedures, applications, and databases.

Performance Objectives

Learning and Development: You will have the ability to take part in various learning and development opportunities with key stakeholders in the organization by rotating through our different departments in which you will participate in various assignments to expand your career portfolio.

Project Management: Take ownership of a project for a real Trax scenario, working together with your intern peers and presenting viable solutions to Trax Leadership.

Experience

• Working towards a bachelor’s degree and have graduated or graduating Summer of 2025.
• Internship or work experience in the aviation and/or software industry, a plus. 
• Project Management coursework or work experience, preferred. 
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
