Description


  • Responsible for maintaining effective, long-term client relationships by conducting regularly scheduled calls and meetings to understand client needs.
  • Calling all current clients to check the status of their account needs and satisfaction, letting them know about additional offerings that may benefit their future goals.
  • Serve as a point of contact for our clients, to maintain and enhance our commitment to exceptional customer service, escalating queries and concerns when necessary.
  • Maintain current account records, call recaps and documentation in accordance with company policies and expectations.
  • Assist Account Managers in maintaining client road maps, documentation and administrative support. 
  • Work with Account Managers and senior leadership to find appropriate solutions to client problems.
  • Provide regular and appropriate status updates to senior leadership.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitches for new business opportunities, innovations, or operational improvements.
  • Assist in department projects, as needed.
Requirements

  

  • 5+ years of experience in a client services role working with high level contacts.
  • Strong relationship building skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams to achieve timely results.
  • Experience with all Microsoft office programs, able to learn new software and programs necessary to complete the tasks of this role.
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented, able to write well to recap all calls, create presentations and proposals.  
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and service.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to be coached and able to work independently with defined processes.
Salary Description
$50,000 - $60,000
