Dynasty Financial Partners is seeking an individual to join the firm as a Relationship Manager on the Relationship Management Team. The role of the Relationship Manager at Dynasty is one of the most important roles within our company, because you are the head of the relationship between our client firms and Dynasty. It is the RM’s job to project manage all the various projects a client firm is working on with Dynasty, along with being a strategic advisor to the leadership of the Network firm. The RM will be expected to lead the effort to drive profitability and growth within these organizations. This specific role will be based in Atlanta, Georgia, at the site of a client firm of Dynasty and will be focused on this relationship specifically.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Relationship Manager for the Dynasty will have responsibility and accountability for the following:
- Relationship Management: Ensure clients of Dynasty receive prompt responses to inquiries. Problem solve a variety of situations using creative thinking. Act as an outsourced chief operating officer (OCOO), so that principals of the business can maintain focus on growth.
- Strategic Coach: Work with principals of the firms to design and implement business plans. Assist with evaluation of RIA’s internal teams. Provide on-going feedback around the firm’s business model with a specific focus around client development.
- Project Management: Be able to coordinate multiple parties to work towards clear goals and hurdles. Collect information from multiple parties and provide clear communication back to the client and senior management.
- Transition Specialist: Prior experience in handling a wealth management firm’s transition onto a new technology solution/platform, or a transition of an actual advisor team to a new firm.
- Communication: Dynasty’s headquarters are based in St. Petersburg, Florida and so the VP will be responsible for reporting back to senior leadership on progress within the relationship and identify any issues.
- Work Travel: Members of the Relationship Management Team expect to travel most weeks, as we do believe in building relationships through face-to-face meetings. Since this position is to be located at the headquarters of a client firm, less travel than normal could be expected. However, travel will still be involved, at the very least to travel back to Dynasty HQ in St. Petersburg, Florida.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field required
- Experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or strategic consulting roles with a focus on M&A and corporate strategy, preferred.
- Understanding of financial analysis, valuation methodologies, and deal structuring.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle and process complex information accurately.
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills needed to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Detail oriented and thorough in completing projects/tasks.
- Must be able to partner, collaborate and work in a team environment.

- Experience in one or more of the following career paths will definitely be a plus:
- Wealth Management: Experience working in the wealth management world, whether that be as an advisor, manager or support role. The key requirement is having a deep knowledge of concepts and operational relationships that are part of running a wealth management firm.
- Practice Management: The ability to work with advisors/company leaders to help them drive growth and profitability within their firms.
- Management Consulting: The ability to diagnose a situation and provide detailed recommendations to a company on the road ahead.
