Position Title: Sales and Marketing Coordinator 

Location: Uxbridge, MA (4 days in office)

Potential Earnings: $50,000-$60,000 (Dependent on Experience)


Position Summary:

 The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for effectively supporting marketing team efforts around major events by coordinating logistics, reporting, customer visit details, financial tracking, and CRM support. The ideal candidate should have an excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Office, and PowerPoint. Strong people skills are essential to build consensus and keep projects moving forward.


Key Responsibilities Include:


Must be a Microsoft Excel master with an ability to set up and maintain databases, create pivot tables, review data sets, implement complex searches, manage complex multi-tab budgets, and provide analytical recommendations.

  • Perform data entry, list uploading, list cleansing, build reports, and building/maintain databases.
  • Organize and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and sales metrics.
  • Coordinate training sessions and create schedules for sales teams.
  • Maintain an inventory of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures.
  • Assist with Marketing budget and track expenses.
  • Assist with the preparation, launch, and post-event budget tracking of events and trade shows.
  • Assist with SAP data entry for purchase orders.
  • Post event CRM data entry for sales lead follow-up.
Requirements

 Qualifications Include:


  • 2 + years of experience in sales coordination and marketing support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • CRM Systems (SAP) and data analytics are a plus.
